Description: This was sold to my niece on Depop as a 70's Vintage dress, but it is definitely a handmade reproduction, possilby from a GS Simplicity pattern. Very beautiful though!
Black and White Maxi Sundress. Cotton/poly/velveteen.
V-neck, corset bodice, zip-up back, poly/velveteen inlay skirt, attached back ties, full maxi skirt, lace trim.
Would best fit a modern M.
This dress came with the sides taken in, I have removed the reverse alteration, but it left some very lite fade to this area under the arm and one pit to the back of the bodice. The velveteen used is a little chintzy and there is an odd "homemade" issue where the lining of one strap is cotton and the other is velveteen. Tiny yellow area to lace at hem.
Stunning for an event, can look very classy with the right accessories!
