Description: Sweet 70's Vintage Phase II Maxi Halter Dress. Cotton.
Halter neck, ruched elastic back, pullover style, attached back ties, full maxi skirt, ribbon trim.
No Vintage size tag, this would best fit a modern XS.
Ruching has excellent hold, crisp fabric and strong colors to cotton.
The ribbon on the halter strap and bodice has extensive fade (the ribbon on the attached ties is navy and the other ribbon has turned purple).
There was a pin dot hole to the waist that has been repaired with a fuse patch.
So 70's !!!
