V-neck, zip-up back, attached front ties, full maxi skirt.
No vintage size tag, this would best fit a modern XS (25" waist).
Strong colors, crisp fabric. Her only two super minor issues are that there is a tiny mark to the back hem that did not lift with wash and two faint areas (you will really need to look for these) where the white has yellowed, they are both on side seams (possibly color bleed from fabric underneath) and are not very noticeable. There is also a 3" reverse hem, it is excellently done.
