Description: Vintage 70's Handmade from a Gunne Sax Pattern Prairie Sundress. Cotton/poly- fabric is really interesting with calico, stripes and a slightly open weave stripe.
Sweetheart neckline, button-up bodice, zip-up back, double attached side ties, full maxi skirt with under tier (if you own this style in a Gunne sax the under tier is attached with acetate, this handmade one has a full slip of cotton/poly on that tier, so the skirt is a little heavier than a true Gunne), lace and ribbon trim.
Handmade- would best fit a modern S (26" waist).
Excellently well made! One small area of lace trim on the back of the skirt hem looks to have been hand repaired, this is lost in the sweep.
