Description: Rare Print! 70's Vintage Gunne Sax Midi Dress. Cotton/poly/nylon/acetate/rayon.
Scoop neck, corset bodice, zip-up back, sheer voile long sleeve with button cuffs, attached back ties, 2 x side pockets, full midi skirt with attached under tier, lace and ribbon trim.
No Vintage Gunne Sax size tag, this was most likely a Vtg Gunne 7 (Please know your Vintage GS size and check all measurements), would best fit a modern XS (25" waist).
This dress presents well, but does have some minor issues:
- Pin dot snag to sleeve and tiny marks on sleeve that did not lift with wash
- Button holes frayed
- There were rips in the acetate lining and the ruffle hem. The acetate has been replaced with acetate from another skirt- the repair is good- not perfect, I had to work with what I had, the rip at the hem is darted to conceal- the rip was horizontal, so the repair raised the hem a bit, but this is not seen in the sweep
- Tiny sang at ruffle hem
