Description: Gorgeous Vintage Gunne Sax Tapestry Maxi Dress. Cotton.
V-neck, corset bodice, zip-up back, long sleeve with elastic cuffs, lace trim, full maxi skirt (please note that this cut was much shorter than other Gunnes).
No Vintage Gunne Sax size label, this was most likely a Vtg Gunne 7 (Please know your Vintage GS size and check all measurements), would best fit a modern XS (25" Waist).
Strong colors and crisp fabric.
This dress is from a Theater Group and I do believe that they have put the incorrect Black Label on this dress (all their dresses had the labels removed and bar codes installed for wardrobe inventory, I asked them to put the labels back on to sell for them and I do believe that this should have either the GS of CA Black Label or the Yellow Heart label). Also, the label looks to have been sewn back on slightly crocked.
I have replaced the elastic at the cuffs, mark to shoulder that did not lift with wash.
This gal is sooo Ren Faire ready!!!
