Gorgeous 70's Vintage Jessica's Gunnies Prairie Midi Skirt. Cotton/rayon.
Double tiered apron style skirt, zip-up and one button back, 2 x big front pockets with ruffle, full midi skirt, ribbon trim.
Vintage Gunne Sax 13 (Please know your vintage GS size and check all measurements), would best fit a modern M (28" waist).
This skirt presents well but does have issues:
- There are two areas of very tiny holes to the top layer of the skirt front that have been repaired with a fuse patch- unseen from outside as the taupe patch I used blends nicely with the under tier
- There are 4 areas of color bleed/fade to the front and back of skirt. It is not well seen in direct light due to the under tier, but they are there
- Tiny color bleed to front ribbon trim
- Tiny mark to the under tier that did not lift with wash, cannot be seen from the outer as it's covered by the top layer
Such a splendid skirt, in a great vtg Gunne size, so ready for Fall!
