Hook/eye and zip-up back, attached front ties, 1 x side pocket with ruffle detail (sooo cute), full maxi skirt with acetate underskirt.

I do believe the hook/eye has been slightly moved.
Someone has redone the stitching at the hem. Instead of pulling out the old stitch they went over the previous stitching a little bit wonky, this is not seen unless you are looking for it. Photo shows an example of the stitching, this is all the away around the hem.
