Vintage Gunne Sax 9 BUT this would better fit a Vtg Gunne 7 (The zipper does not look altered, so I am unsure if this one was just a little bit lite on the sizing, or if they just did a really good job with the alteration- either way please know your Vtg Gunne size and check all measurements), would best fit a modern XS (25" waist).
