Awesome 70's Vintage Gunne Sax Maxi Dress. Cotton/poly/nylon/nylon.
Scoop neck, corset bodice, zip-up back, sheer long sleeves with one button cuffs, attached back ties, full maxi skirt, lace and ribbon trim.
Vintage Gunne Sax 9 (Please know your vintage GS size and check all measurements), would best fit a modern S.
This dress presents well, but does have some issues:
- Fade to tops of shoulders- more pronounced one one side
- Even lite fade to back of bodice
- Back of bodice has a tiny snag. the selvage of the seam has been tacked down so the snag does not show through
- Tiny are of lace repaired with a hand stitch- this is lost in the sweep
- Corset cord faded
This dress is so lovely on, I wore it last year during the holidays season and the sweep is fabulous!
