Sweetheart neck, button-up front, adjustable spaghetti straps, 2 x big front pockets, full mini/midi skirt, lace and ribbon trim.
No Vintage size tag, this would best fit a modern XS (32" pit to pit).
Small are of color bleed to bodice lace, ribbon is faded and has lite stress at underarms, I'm unsure if straps are original or if extra stitching was added, but they are currently hand tacked down- secure.
So cute on and a great cabbage rose print!
