Square neck, zip-up back, long sleeve with one button cuffs, attached back ties, full midi skirt with double layer under tier, lace trim.
No vintage size tag, most likely a vintage 9, would best fit a modern XS (32" pit to pit).
Strong colors, perfect velveteen and soft fabric.
The base is like a lite flannel (that is why I marked cotton/poly) and has some piling.
Otherwise a GEM, so lolita!!!
